Oooh! I so feel you on this. Being in the moment of preparing this Natural Remedies or Natural Foods is a healing Process in of its self. Anytime I do these processes I already feel great doing it. Then once the reward of taking what i prepared just enhances the the whole healing process.

It's important if we stay in the moment of Now.

I Also Agree With you Meditation is not contemplation. Meditation is not concentration. Meditation is a state of being. It is a state of awareness. Meditation is not about doing something; rather it is about doing nothing.
You may have noticed I'm not blogging. Am on Twitter tho @helpsavelives and @tarasbabies.
I have professional Q of you - I think you do websites? Tara's Babies really needs a new one. Someone suggested wordpress. I am a techno dunce. Any ideas or assistance would be very appreciated.
You might want to check out @ahkonlhamo as well. Jetsunma is tweeting and giving tweachings, and there is a worldwide and brief Amitaba practice for whomever wants to join in at 7pm US EST every day. Only 15 minutes, but very powerful. Cybersangha!
Hope 2010 is a great year for you!

funny... I'm sitting here with a cup of masala chai made from a batch brought to me by a friend who was training as a yoga teacher in Kerala, India. Reading this post brought back intense scent memories of hot chai poured by tea vendors at an early morning train stop in middle Burma. And then it was gone... just the tea in my cup now. Thank you!
